out of the dark is a collection of fixed media pieces spanning the last four years and chronicling not only my development as an experimental sound artist but also my experience working with various forms of trauma in an artistic context. It's anchored by a couple of my assault pieces, but it also touches on dissociation, politics, and emotional processing. Expect quiet mixes overall (except Don't Tell, realistically) and sounds that alternate between very friendly and very abrasive.
